Two New York state brake companies have merged—A & A Brake Service formed in 1944, and All Systems Brake opening its doors in 1976—to come under the singular umbrella as AA Systems Truck and Bus LLC.
Since both companies were part of HDA Truck Pride—North America’s largest and most trusted independent provider of parts and service to the commercial vehicle aftermarket—they will remain so under the new enterprise.
The new entity will be led by Gerald Abatemarco, Richie Caiazza, and John Gallina, all of whom have grown up within the industry.
The merging of the two companies into AA Systems Truck and Bus will allow for a more focused attention on the current combined customer base, while allowing it the opportunity to increase customers and provide enhanced operations for continued success.
According to Caiazza: “Our entire focus is customer service. You can count on AA Systems Truck and Bus.
“We also have a (lot of) ideas for how to change things up to drive efficiencies,” he continued. “Technology is one of the things we’ll use in our favor. We’re ready to take on New York City and Long Island as AA Systems Truck and Bus.”
