Mason City, Iowa – Stellar Industries is pleased to announce it as acquired MD Products and Solutions. The acquisition opens many more business opportunities for the leading manufacturer of service vehicles, cranes, and hook lift hoists.
Stellar Industries will acquire the MD Products and Solutions company, along with the facilities located at 2421 15th Street SW in Mason City, Iowa, and the facilities employees. The acquisition gives Stellar Industries a variety of new agricultural and utility-focused trucking products to work with. The Mason City facilities will continue its operations in manufacturing current well known MD products such as the Stud King header trailers and Rose utility construction trailers.
Stellar Industries felt it needed to expand its presence and increased its capacity to meet current industry standards.
“We have grown tremendously over the past several years and need additional production capacity to meet current and future demand,” said David W. Zrostlik, President of Stellar Industries.
The 27,000 square foot facilities provide the Stellar Industries team with more than enough to work with, and they are looking forward to using its new strategic acquisition for exponential growth. Immediate plans will be focused on the American Eagle Utility Construction Trailer production the company is set to take.
