The Manitowoc Company, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of cranes and lifting solutions, has announced that Jennifer L. Peterson, currently its Interim General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, has been appointed Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.

Peterson joins the executive leadership team with over 20 years of legal experience from both in-house and private practice. Before her appointment, she had served as Manitowoc’s Interim General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since May 2022, Vice President and Associate General Counsel since April 2021, and Associate General Counsel – Litigation and Product Safety since January 2018.
