Iowa Mold Tooling Co. (IMT) has introduced its new IMT 6000 series hydraulic telescopic crane and Dominator I mechanics truck package. This new crane is designed to reduce overall weight and offer the ability to carry more payload without decreasing performance, the 6000 series crane is also 30% lighter when compared to the previous series.
The redesigned crane can lift a maximum of 6,000 lbs., and features corrosion-resistant components to reduce the development of rust. The brand-new design of the boom tip offers extreme precision and ease of ability to maneuver.
“These innovative product enhancements increase the payload capability of our Dominator I mechanics truck package by approximately 1,000 lbs., while providing our customers with more options to meet their field service needs. Reducing the weight and incorporating features that extend the life of the crane ensures our customers benefit from increased payload for years to come,” said Justin Anderson, IMT Marketing Representative.
The 6000 series crane was built especially to be mounted on an IMT Dominator I service truck. The Dominator package comes equipped with payload increasing options such as a compact work bench bumper and a redesigned lightweight customizable bolt.
