Summit Truck Bodies is releasing a new aluminum drawer pack system this week at the NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. There will be six aluminum drawer packs on display installed in a Summit 10 Series body located at the Kenworth exhibit (Booth #1401).
Attendees are welcome to get a close look and operate the new single action latch assembly and lockout drawer slides which are two of the key features of the system.
The driving force behind the new system was customer feedback requesting a drawer with a lockout feature and single-handed operation. Customers asked and Summit delivered!
The new single-action handle assembly with a standard keyed lock combined with 600 lb. rated lockout drawer slides are not offered by other tool drawer manufacturers in the industry.
