At IEC Holden, Green served as Vice President of Sales, leading initiatives that expanded operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. He supported acquisition strategies, guided new product development, and strengthened customer relationships while opening new market channels. Earlier, as President of TECO-Westinghouse Canada and Business Unit Director for TECO-Westinghouse North America, Green managed a $230 million portfolio, drove SKU rationalization, and contributed to sustained double-digit growth.
