Ford Motor Company announced that Alicia Boler Davis, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the automotive, technology, and customer service sectors, will become president of Ford Pro on October 1. Davis will succeed Andrew Frick, who has served as interim head of Ford Pro and will continue his leadership of Ford Blue and Ford Model e.
Under Frick’s interim leadership, Ford Pro expanded its market share in North America and Europe, maintained solid profit margins, and prioritized growing the aftermarket share of Ford Pro’s earnings. He also collaborated with the dealer network, which invested heavily to enhance their Ford Pro business, particularly in mobile service and maintenance infrastructure.
“Alicia’s unique skillset and experiences make her the ideal leader to guide Ford Pro into the next era – accelerating our move into software and services and growing Ford Pro’s already strong profitability,” said Jim Farley, Ford president and CEO. “She combines deep automotive and technology knowledge with an entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed mindset. Importantly, she builds high-performance teams and fosters a culture of innovation, speed and smart risk-taking.”

Most recently, Davis served as CEO of Alto Pharmacy, an online pharmacy that surpassed $1 billion in revenue under her leadership before being acquired in March. From 2019 to 2024, she held senior roles at Amazon, starting as vice president of global customer fulfillment and advancing to senior vice president, where she steered Amazon’s global fulfillment operations during the COVID-19 crisis, overseeing innovations in robotics and logistics.
Prior to Amazon, Davis spent 25 years at General Motors, progressing from manufacturing engineer to executive vice president of global manufacturing and labor relations. In that role, she managed 150 facilities in 20 countries and led 22 vehicle launches.
Born in Detroit, Davis has strong personal ties to Ford through her father and grandfather. “If I had to create a role in the auto industry that would best utilize my experiences in both automotive and technology, it would be leading Ford Pro at this pivotal time,” Davis said.
Davis also serves on JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s board and holds degrees from Northwestern University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and Indiana University.
