NTEA has announced that Work Truck Week 2027 will take place March 9-12, 2027, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, once again bringing together commercial vehicle manufacturers, fleet professionals, upfitters, dealers, engineers, and other industry stakeholders for one of the sector's largest annual gatherings.
A major addition to the 2027 event will be the launch of Future Truck Summit, a new conference developed in collaboration with NAFA Fleet Management Association.
Scheduled for March 9, 2027, the event replaces the long-running Green Truck Summit and broadens its focus to include the software, hardware, and advanced vehicle technologies expected to shape the future of commercial fleets.
Work Truck Week includes The Work Truck Show, educational programming, the NTEA Annual Meeting, Work Truck Week Ride & Drive, and other industry activities. Organizers describe the event as a comprehensive venue for learning about new vehicle technologies, networking with industry professionals, and evaluating equipment solutions.
The 2027 schedule begins with Future Truck Summit on March 9. Educational sessions will run March 9-11, while Ride & Drive activities are scheduled for March 10-11. The exhibit hall will be open March 10-12.
According to NTEA, attendees can expect more than 500 exhibitors showcasing commercial vehicles, truck equipment, and connected vehicle technologies. The event will also feature sessions covering vehicle specification strategies, upfitting considerations, safety improvements, and approaches to managing total cost of ownership.
OEM presentations are expected to provide updates on chassis integration requirements, design changes, and vehicle developments that may impact fleet operators and equipment installers. In addition, the event will offer opportunities for networking with suppliers, customers, and industry peers from across North America.
For more than 25 years, Work Truck Week has served as an annual meeting point for the commercial vehicle industry, providing a platform for product launches, technical education, and business development.
