Volvo Trucks North America is set to make a grand entrance at the Technology & Maintenance Council’s (TMC) 2025 Annual Meeting & Transportation Technology Exhibition, held from March 10-13, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee.
At this highly anticipated event, Volvo will unveil the all-new Volvo VNR, promising to redefine performance, safety, fuel efficiency, and connectivity for regional and local haul fleets.
The official unveiling will take place immediately after the exhibition hall opens Volvo Trucks’ booth (#901). Magnus Koeck, vice president of strategy, marketing, and brand management, will lead the event, joined by Volvo Trucks North America president Peter Voorhoeve and Magnus Gustafson, vice president of connected services.
The event will be live-streamed at volvotrucks.us and will offer attendees an exclusive look at the latest innovations in truck technology, including AI-driven preventative maintenance and advanced connectivity features.
“We are excited to unveil the all-new Volvo VNR at TMC,” said Peter Voorhoeve. “This truck embodies our dedication to providing solutions that meet the evolving demands of our customers. With its unmatched versatility, advanced safety features, superior connectivity, and enhanced fuel efficiency, the Volvo VNR is a testament to our commitment to quality and innovation.”
At the Volvo Trucks booth, visitors can experience firsthand the innovative features of the Volvo VNR. The exhibit will also showcase the all-new Volvo VNL 860 high-roof sleeper, introduced in 2024, which set new industry standards for long-haul trucking.
Additionally, Volvo will highlight its state-of-the-art Volvo Configurator tool, an interactive platform that simplifies the truck customization process.
The configurator allows customers to build their ideal truck with a streamlined selection process for trim levels, safety features, powertrain options, and technology packages.
Certified Volvo dealers will also use the Connected Vehicle Analytics tool to help optimize fuel efficiency and operational performance.
Further announcements will be made during Volvo Trucks’ press conference on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 6:30 PM CST. Experts will also be available to guide visitors through the configurator tool and the Volvo Connect portal, ensuring fleet managers can make data-driven decisions tailored to their operational needs.
