Vicinity Motor Corp., a supplier of commercial electric vehicles, has announced it will showcase its vehicles in a joint exhibit with its strategic partner EAVX, a JB Poindexter & Co. business unit, at the Advanced Clean Transportation Expo (ACT Expo) on May 9-12, 2022, in Long Beach, California.
Vicinity will exhibit its VMC 1200 Class 3 electric truck with a ProStake Platform Body by Morgan Truck Body, a sister business unit to EAVX.
The vehicle will be upfitted by EAVX featuring its latest VX Control multiplexed technology system, including a 360-degree camera system, digital rear view and side view mirrors, advanced driver assistance systems and load sensing technology.
The VMC 1200 is fully electric and is powered by cutting edge Li-ion battery technology that provides up to 150 kWh of power, allowing it to travel up to 150 miles on a single charge.
William Trainer, the founder and Chief Executive Officer at Vicinity Motor Corp. stated that the ACT Expo will help the company showcase the work it has done with EAVX to better highlight the potential of the easily configurable VMC 1200 electric vehicle.
