As part of RealTruck Inc.’s continued partnership with the non-profit, Building Homes for Heroes, and in honor of veterans, RealTruck will donate five percent of every sale made on www.RealTruck.com to the organization on Veterans Day, November 11.
The donations will support the building and gifting of mortgage-free homes to veterans, emergency first responders, and their families.
“Throughout the year, we are continuously looking for ways where we can support and honor our service members and first responders,” said Lee Riser, the Vice President of Marketing for RealTruck. “As part of our commitment to our community, we are proud to contribute to an organization with a mission like Building Homes for Heroes that shares similar brand values.”
Founded by Chief Executive Officer Andy Pujol after he volunteered in the 9/11 search-and-rescue efforts, Building Homes for Heroes is a national nonprofit that builds and modifies homes and gifts them mortgage-free. It is on track to gift its 400th home this December.
With a noble mission that aligns with the values of RealTruck and its staff, RealTruck has donated more than $1 million since the start of the partnership.
“We are grateful for RealTruck’s partnership and their contributions to support our veterans and first responders,” said Pujol. “Veterans Day is an important day in the United States, but we are proud of the accomplishments to continue to ensure our heroic veterans are taken care of every day of the year.
“With RealTruck’s donations surpassing $1 million over the past five years, we’ve been able to support and enable services for our veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country.”
In January 2024, RealTruck customized and heavily modified a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in partnership with Mattel and Matchbox. It was auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Scottsdale, Arizona, which raised $325,000 to benefit Building Homes for Heroes.
