MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is preparing a broad showcase of new and updated heavy-duty products for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) 2026, highlighting advancements in engine components, cooling systems, HVAC technology, and shop service equipment.
Exhibiting in booth #717, the company will feature heavy-duty engine kits built with CLEVITE engine parts and MAHLE gaskets, along with BEHR thermostats, A/C compressors, radiators, and a range of rotating electric components designed for commercial, agricultural, and construction applications.
A major addition to this year’s lineup is the FluidPRO Smart Fluid Control Unit (see photo above), a new shop-focused system engineered to streamline fluid handling for technicians. The unit supports 16‑ to 55-gallon quantities and allows automatic refills while in operation, enabling cleaner, safer, and more efficient fluid service.
MAHLE will also display two new heavy-duty reservoir expansion tanks for Kenworth and Freightliner trucks, a Freightliner HVAC blower motor, and a new heavy-duty oil filter designed for Detroit Diesel Corporation engines. Detroit Diesel is a subsidiary of Daimler Truck North America.

Rounding out the booth will be MAHLE’s ArcticPRO ACX2180 R134a refrigerant handling system—featuring an ergonomic service door and integrated oil/UV dye injection—and the company’s expanded ShopPRO line, including axle jacks, vehicle support stands, and air lifts.
HDAW 2026 runs January 19–22, 2026, at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
