Hrustic Brothers Inc., a leading industrial supplier of mined aggregate, recycled concrete, and transportation services, has chosen TruckIT’s advanced technology solutions to modernize and streamline its operations.
The company will implement TruckIT’s patented AirTicket e-Ticketing system across its four concrete recycling and aggregate facilities in Northeast Florida, alongside deploying the ATP (Automatic-Pic) solution within its fleet of company-owned and leased dump trucks.
TruckIT’s platform seamlessly integrates with Hrustic’s existing SAP ERP system, scale house software, and Samsara IoT devices installed in its trucks.
By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing, TruckIT offers a fully digital approach that minimizes process inefficiencies and human error.
This allows Hrustic Brothers to gain real-time visibility into its operations through a single, integrated platform tailored to the demands of its business.
The implementation of TruckIT’s automated dispatch and e-ticketing technologies enables Hrustic Brothers to enhance efficiency, streamline ticketing, and cut operational costs.
"We are thrilled to make the transition to TruckIT as our new transportation management software. After exploring various solutions, it became clear that TruckIT offers the advanced capabilities and robust features we need to streamline our operations and support our continued growth," said Emir Hrustic, Chief Executive Officer of Hrustic Brothers. "This platform not only improves efficiency but also enhances our ability to provide seamless and reliable service to our customers. At Hrustic Brothers Inc., we are committed to innovation and excellence, and this move reflects our dedication to staying at the forefront of the industry."
TruckIT’s AirTicket eliminates paper ticketing at scale houses, replacing it with a digital bill of lading for customers, carriers, drivers, and DOTs.
Additionally, ATP allows drivers to scan printed or handwritten tickets using a smart device, instantly converting them into digital e-tickets while capturing essential data.
With its speed, reliability, and accuracy, TruckIT’s technology supports Hrustic Brothers' mission of delivering exceptional service. Currently, TruckIT’s AirTicket system is used in hundreds of asphalt, ready-mix, and aggregate facilities worldwide, processing thousands of tickets daily with 100 percent accuracy.
“Manual ticket processes cause bottlenecks and delay construction projects,” said Andrew Lindsay, the TruckIT Chief Executive Officer. “TruckIT is designed specifically for contractors, material suppliers, and hauling companies like Hrustic that need a centralized command and control platform to dispatch, track, redirect, and analyze fleet operations through mobile-enabled technology. This increases the transparency and predictability of material delivery, decreasing downtime while increasing resource utilization and profits.”
