Alliance Fleet is expanding its national presence through the acquisition of Vital Truck & Van, a rapidly growing light commercial vehicle upfitter operating in Illinois and Colorado.
The move marks a significant step toward Alliance’s goal of building a nationwide dropship upfitting network designed to improve delivery times, simplify logistics, and offer more tailored solutions for fleet customers.

As part of the acquisition, Vital founders Corey Stanley and Neil Garlock will join Alliance Fleet’s executive leadership team. Their operational experience and customer relationships are expected to support the company’s accelerated growth strategy.
