The Lincoln Electric Education Partner Schools (LEEPS) program is designed specifically for the NTEA network in partnership with Lincoln Electric and the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3).
This program delivers a customized, high-quality training curriculum tailored to the unique needs of work truck industry companies. In addition, it empowers businesses to develop and certify welders in-house, ensuring a consistent pipeline of highly skilled professionals to support the industry’s growing demands.
In-person Work Truck Industry Welder Certification Train-the-Trainer Sessions—Four Process Welding
- Location: Lincoln Electric Training Center–Cleveland, Ohio;
- November 11-14, 2025;
- Includes Welding Safety, Principles of Welding, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW;
- Cost: $1,195 for NC3 members (plus travel expenses per attendee), or $1,295 for NC3 non-members.

NTEA member exclusive: A three-day, in-person Train-the-Trainer course option covering Safety, Principles of Welding, and the GMAW Process (MIG). Three-day training (M-W) is available for $795 for NTEA Member/NC3 Member; and $895 for NTEA Member/NC3 Non-Member, plus travel expenses per attendee. NTEA membership will be validated during the registration process.
