Milwaukee expands heated workwear lineup

Milwaukee Tool has expanded its heated gear offerings with a new shirt jacket designed for three-season use.

Yeah, it’s hot outside now, but it won’t be long before the weather flips and many of us are shivering in our boots again.

Milwaukee Tool has expanded its heated workwear lineup with several new products designed to help tradespeople stay comfortable and productive while working in cold conditions.

The latest additions include the M12 Heated Shirt Jacket (see above) along with Heated Merino Wool Crew Neck and Pants Baselayers.

According to Milwaukee Tool, the new products are engineered to provide targeted warmth while maintaining mobility and comfort on the jobsite.

M12 Heated Shirt Jacket

The new M12 Heated Shirt Jacket is designed for three-season use and features Milwaukee's HEXON Heat Technology. The jacket delivers heat to the hand pockets, core, and back through adjustable heat settings and can provide up to eight hours of runtime. Milwaukee says the garment uses a lightweight, wind- and water-resistant construction and includes six pockets, including a zippered battery pass-through pocket. The shirt jacket is available in sizes ranging from small to 3XL.

Heated Merino Wool Crew Neck + Pants Baselaters

Milwaukee's new Heated Merino Wool Crew Neck and Pants Baselayers are intended to deliver warmth closer to the body while reducing the need for multiple layers. The crew neck features targeted heating zones across the chest and back, while the pants provide heat to the thighs and seat. Both garments are powered by HEXON Heat Technology and offer adjustable heat settings with up to eight hours of runtime.

The baselayers are supplied with Milwaukee's Heated Gear 2.5Ah Battery with App Control. The battery is compatible with the company's heated gear app, allowing users to customize heat settings and heat zones to suit their preferences and work environment.

Milwaukee said the baselayers are constructed from a merino wool-polyester blend designed to provide stretch, moisture management, odor resistance, temperature regulation, and all-day comfort. Both garments feature a regular fit intended to support movement during the workday and are available in sizes ranging from small to 3XL.
